Q. How do you cook your pizzas?
A. We cook our pizzas in a stone oven.
Q. Are your toppings fresh?
Q. Is your dough fresh made?
A. Our dough is fresh made everyday. Whatever dough we do not use we throw out. It does not keep overnight.
Q. Are your mushrooms dry?
A. No. We use canned mushrooms.
Q. How long does it take your pizzas to cook?
A. Our pizzas usually take 12-18 minutes to cook at most. It just depends on the kind of pizza you get. For example, if you get an XL pizza with a lot of fresh toppings (like the BOSS) it might take 18 minutes to cook because of the moisture. How many toppings on your pizza and the size determines the cook time. More toppings = longer cook time.
Q. How long is a typical dine-in wait time for a pizza?
A. Like I stated above, the pizzas take about 12-18 minutes to cook depending on what you order. Average wait time for dine-ins are between 20-35 minutes. On busy nights like Fridays we always put dine-in pizzas ahead of carryout and delivery because we like to stay under 35-40 minutes on dine-in pizzas.
Our fried food obviously takes less time than pizzas. If your table just ordered fried food for your meal on a busy evening (wings, chicken, fries, etc.) then you will normally get your food within 15-20 minutes or so.
Q. Do you take reservations?
A. Yes we do. Just call and ask to speak with a manager and we will get you taken care of. We do not charge for reservations.
Q. Do you serve alcohol?
A. No we do not.
Q. What is your average wait time for a carryout pizza on Friday nights?
A. Carryout pizzas can be up to a 35 minute wait time between 5:00pm-7:30pm. When things start to slow down we drop that down to 20-25 minutes.
Q. What is your average wait time on deliveries on a Friday night?
A. We always give 45 minutes to 1 hour on all deliveries to make sure you’re getting your food hot. It usually doesn’t take more than 45 minutes, but we don’t want to give you a time and then be later than we said. Better safe than sorry! We have gotten up to 1 hour and 15 minutes on deliveries though. Just depends on the amount of deliveries we get all at once. We want to make sure everyone gets their food hot.
